There are 16 units of double storey terrace houses in the recent phase of the project. The design of these houses is the same as the one in the first phase except that they are slightly bigger in size, with 4 units measuring 22” by 85” and 12 units measuring 22” by 80”. Similar to the design in the first  phase, these houses have a huge built-up with space and usability in mind, yet having an attractive façade. All houses in this phase have been sold out. Nevertheless, we also have very attractive houses under construction now in the New Phase.
